Within double border of dots, draped bust of Khosrow II to right, wearing an elaborate mural crown with a frontal crescent and two wings surmounted by a star in crescent; two stars flanking the crown; a ribbon on his right shoulder; a crescent and a ribbon on his left shoulder; behind head, ‘GDE / ʾp̄zwtˈ’ = ‘xwarrah abzūd’ (‘[May his] glory increase’ in Pahlavi); before head, ‘hwslwb’ = ‘Husraw’ (‘Khosrow’ in Pahlavi); in the margin, three stars in crescents.
