エリック・クラプトンは1975年に2度目の来日公演を行なった。
日程は全7公演で、大阪フェスティバルホールを皮切りに、
京都、北九州、静岡を回り、武道館で締めくくるというものであった。
前年の酩酊したような穏やかな雰囲気から一変して、この年の来日公演はアップテンポな「Layla」で開幕し、全体的な構成として疾走感あふれる、より完成度の高いステージであったと言える。
1975年10月22日、初日大阪フェスティバルホール公演は収録されレコード・CDとして
販売されている。


Eric Clapton performed in Japan for the second time in 1975.
The seven-date schedule began at the Osaka Festival Hall,
traveling to Kyoto, Kitakyushu, Shizuoka, and concluding at the Budokan.
